Arguably the best caesar's salad in town could only be found here. A lot of other best-in-class foodstuff are probably here, but you'd have to come visit to find out for sure. A lot of facelifts, renovations, expansions and new construction have taken place inside of, and around, Sta. Lucia Mall and its environs over the years, but the old-town look and feel of The French Baker has remained constant. The only thing new that I noticed the last time I was here, which was a few weeks ago, was the presence of a sweet young lady waiting on tables and taking payments. Though it’s not my first time visiting this location of The French Baker, it’s definitely my first time leaving a review. This spot is consistently busy, and for good reason. The restaurant always maintains a clean, inviting atmosphere, and the food is exceptional—offering a fresh, clean taste that never disappoints. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. I ordered puttanesca pasta and never did i expect that it doesn’t taste like puttanesca… it tasted like pasta with just pasta sauce and that i was asking where the taste of the anchovies bec i can’t taste anything nor see any anchovies on the pasta itself but the manager told me that fr commissary the sauce comes in pack already… please do not fool your customers or better yet delete it fr ur menu if its not real… only capers and black olives and pasta sauce are the ingredients...
