100% overpriced for what you get. Management isn’t doing well. They charge an obscene amount for the quality of service, food, and room amenities.
Provided wifi doesn’t work … so I had to go to the front desk and have them key in a special password for each device.
Walls are the thinnest - guests argue loudly in hallways and you can hear through walls and ceilings. I would upload a video if i could.
Nobody answers the front desk, concierge, or room service. Every-time I needed something I had to walk to front desk and ask (thankfully our room was on the same floor and near the lobby).
Spa is decent but immensely overpriced (it’s more expensive here than most spas in Metro Manila - and at par with some of the nicer hotels there).
Food is… the most over priced I’ve seen (and experienced). After trying several times to order room service late tonight - I finally got through. Club sandwich seemed safe (Php 480) - was told it came with fries — it did not. Apparently they ran out and didn’t bother to FYI before proceeding.
But what made it hard to accept was that their club sandwich was 90% bread (focaccia, which… isn't what people use for club sandwiches haha) — and hardly any meat. They probably used 15 grams of chicken, 1 piece of bacon, and 1 piece of cheese for all of that bread (see photo). It’s an extreme waste of money.
To compare - Shangrila Fort charges 500-580 bucks for theirs and it comes with double the inclusions plus a plate full of fries. How is it that you’re pricing almost the same prices with this quality?
If management sees this — fix your restaurant pricing. Either lower prices to match the type and quality of food you offer or… fix your menu quality.
Can’t imagine why you’d spend nearly 10K to sleep here and spend an avg 600-1000 php per person on food… there are much nicer places (or even cheaper places) in Tagaytay that give much more value...

Parking? 🚘 Come summertime use the ones outside establishments. Just a few ones though. You can also park along the streets (note: on weekends some locals charge a fee and they say it's for their baranggay).
Come rainy season, park underground. There's two sections where one leads you up to Robinsons Supermarket, and the other one in the far end to the various eateries. I park there when I need to grab a Starbucks. It's closer.
Best places to dine? 🍴 For me, it's a mix between The Farm Organics, Buon Giorno and La Creperie. These are based on my taste buds by the way. Check out my reviews on them. If you're a vegetarian or vegan, you can request modifications from the menu.
Good to know 🙋♂️ at Greg's Fruitcakery their breads are buy one take one every 4pm to 12 midnight. After that, only 7-Eleven is the shop that's open until the morning.
They only have 2 ATMs here: Unionbank and BPI. And sometimes one of them is offline. The nearest banks are already in Mendez area if you're traversing Tagaytay Nasugbu highway, so plan accordingly. Or borrow from friends 😁
Attractions? 🎉 Every Sat and/or Sun they have different ones at the activity area that are mostly suitable for all ages. Caveat is if the weather permits. Like right now this July they're supposed to hold telescope basics and planetary observations... if not for the storm 😞 But that's ok!
They also have a Bingo Zone and slot machines til the wee morning hours if you're up for it.
Best thing about being here? 💯 Almost every view here is both picturesque and picture worthy. Selfies, groupies and take my picture please moments abound. Truly takes the stress away and your breath away.
Thanks...

I have been eyeing this hotel the moment we visited the twin lakes square to eat at Mary Grace. I finally went ahead and booked this for me and my husband for a much needed staycation rest and rejuvenation.
I'm glad they provided us with a room with the requested bed configuration, and the view was also amazing! We stayed in a room with a king-sized bed with a balcony that with the view of the "rice terraces" landscaping and the pool area. The hotel had so many amazing amenities like the swimming pool and gym room (well equipped), and they also have a game room that has a pool table, fooseball, and chess area. They also have a small play area for little children, although it doesn't have a lot of toys. I think it's more suited for smaller children (very young toddlers, 2 years old and below). They also provided free shuttle to head up to the square where you have a variety of dining options! Everything during this stay was so convenient. Staff were extremely professional, every single one of them greeting us (from the security guard, to the front desk staff, housekeepers, etc.). They all greeted us with smiles! Parking spaces were also very convenient. My husband and I spent the majority of our overnight stay in the room to relax and unwind. Next time, we will try to stay for two days so we can experience their other amenities. The pool had a kiddie pool area, too, which makes us excited to bring our little children with us next time.
Our stay here was such an incredible experience that we know we'll remember this for a lifetime. It felt like a honeymoon even though there was no special occasion! We will definitely be back...
