Pretty upscale feel upon entering. Dining here made me prove the law of diminishing marginal returns for the consumer. For instance, they priced their Bulalo at ~1000php however the taste is pretty similar to any sub 900php Bulalo offered somewhere. Their Kare-Kare however is good. Please beware of their 'Yangchow' as it was nowhere near the real yangchow-- no wok hei, full of bell peppers and very rich/savory in flavor. That being said, this will ruin your palate. In effect, it will render you unable to appreciate other entrees. So please only order plain rice whenever possible (this applies to all dining use-cases) Will I go back? Probably for their Buko Pie. Its perfect crust is a good conversation starter.

Not worth it. "Best Bulalo and Kare Kare"? Is a joke. The Kare kare is too salty. We didn't even tried it with bagoong. Bulalo as well. Very salty and small servings. Mas Masarap pa ung sa tabi tabi na di kilala sa Google maps sa totoo lang. The place is also shabby. Chairs aren't comfy enough, tables are close to each other. It's just a good location and parking kaya napadpad dito. Oh. The poor service, we weren't 't assisted well, if okay ba? We even had to ask if we could use the efan.

After struggling to find a good place to eat, we ended up here. Initially, the staff seemed indifferent, possibly because we were their first guests of the day. Despite this, we decided to stay due to our hunger. Our initial disappointment turned into satisfaction when we saw the generous food servings. We enjoyed the meal and left feeling very full. At the counter, we were pleasantly surprised with a free taste of their buko pie.

Hated it. This was my first experience in this restaurant and I will never go back again, cause I feel like I will have to tear that place down. Why? First off STAFFS aren't welcoming it made us feel uncomfortable it's like they discriminate against us because of what we wear, they even asked us if we have cash on hand, like WHAT?! Do they think we are poor or something, and they stare at you which is really uncomfortable that it really made me want to puke out the food.

Next is FOOD, not good, it was so mid, we came there all excited to taste the food for it to come out as super salty bland and unappetizing, they should be ashamed of their food, where is the filipino cuisine there, matter of fact they are disgracing filipino food, plus their high prices like a freaking kare kare for 750 pesos and the serving was like for 2 people there wasn't even much meat in there, there are many local restaurants better than this with staffs that ware welcoming. I HATE THE FOOD IT MAKES ME PUKE.

But then comes the atmosphere of the resto, it was nice until those staff ruined it, they keep on staring at you, they are so rude to you, even when you voice your complaint it's like they don't care,

0/10 not...

Poor poor service. We were seated by a female server, then a male server came walking by asking with a scowl "Ilan yan?". "Yan"? Really?

I thanked the server with a warm smile, he didn't even look at me.

Server just dropped the bulalo serving dish on our table far from where we were sitting. I literally had to stand to move it closer to us.

And the bulalo --- way overpriced for the serving size, the texture and the taste. The tagline "best bulalo" could not be farther from the truth. Not to mention that the broth was served NOT piping hot, and the rice was lukewarm, we had to ask them to reheat it.

Not coming back. Not recommending to anyone. Doon na lang kayo sa Mahogany Market, affordable, friendly staff,...
