Not very good

The food is cold and somehow soggy, it is like they cooked it in the morning and served it for the whole day.

The choices are very much lacking on all fronts. i.e. the buffet, the samgyup options, and even the ice cream.

The flavors are mediocre to borderline disgusting. The meat is chewy and greasy, the fish is worst part, either being incredibly dry or incredibly wet and juicy on the inside in a bad way (like grease straight up).

The service is garbage which is to say there is barely any to even talk about, it is mostly self serve with the only thing with a station worker being the ice cream area, where they don't even pay attention to the people approaching their station. They do not take the plates from the tables so it can just stack up with nowhere to go.

The utensils are in very bad condition or are barely usable. The chopsticks are short and somehow do not have a strong grip (I can use chopsticks very well usually, but I stuggle using these) the tongs are weak and bent outwards on the ends which make them unusable and I would have better chances just using my fingers like some barbarian.

The advertised food options are either incomplete or are hidden because there is no clear place to go for these certain few options such as the coffee, while the place is very small making the trips between getting the food and eating the food almost the same exact experience after the first time.

In conclusion I do not recommend this place to anybody and the reviews that you are getting from tiktok are very bad (why are you even using tiktok to find places to go).

Ps. The only good thing is...

Absolutely Disgusting

The 'meats' were served in a cafeteria-like counter with metal lids covering the selection, but with no labels so good luck guessing what you're getting. Sure, it was cold for storage purposes but the fact that the squid slices were frozen together into one giant clump made me question just how long they've been in storage(I wouldn't be surprised if I get food poisoning sometime this week). The beef itself wasn't even in any of the containers, but they were stored underneath in the refrigerated cabinets. We weren't told that we would have to asked to be served the beef.

The 'side dish' selection was somewhat bare, basic japche and marble potatoes, but the potatoes were just simply drenched in whatever syrup they were served with while the noodles were stale and cold, as if just made in one large batch and left out. And no heat lamps for any of the side dishes, they were just left to the mercy of room temperature.

It just all felt questionable if anything was edible.

Never have I eaten at a KBBQ where I wanted to leave as fast as I could.

Absolutely...

Availability of Food Items: Many key menu items were out of stock, including shrimp, chicharong bulaklak, oysters, crabs, and lettuce. Despite this, the buffet was still offered at the same price, which felt unfair given the lack of options.

Food Quality: Aside from the bulalo broth, which was good, the overall quality of the buffet was disappointing. The cheese was subpar, and the meat seemed like it was hastily pulled out of the refrigerator without proper preparation.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: The dining area being open resulted in numerous flies hovering around the food, which was very off-putting. Additionally, the utensils provided were noticeably dirty, which raised serious concerns about hygiene.

Service: The staff lacked proactivity in changing the grill, and when assistance was requested, they seemed unwilling to help. This made the dining experience less pleasant and gave an impression of poor customer service.

Enviroment: The overall ambiance was not conducive to a comfortable dining experience due to the cleanliness issues and lack of attentiveness...

Came here for lunch because it was one of the few restaurants open during tropical storm Enteng. I must admit the bulalo broth was delicious. Unfortunately I didn’t eat any of the other buffet items because the food looked like it was sitting out for a while. The dishes were not clean and my cup had a rancid smell. We asked for boiling water to sanitize our utensils, but they refused. We ended up sanitizing our utensils by heating them up on the grill instead. I came with my senior grandparents and they had a hard time because there’s so many stairs and the floors are really slippery. Even I slipped on the floor walking from the buffet to my table. The meat to grill just sits out all day with no ice. It was hard to find good service. I had to walk to the kitchen to get service, and even then I could hear the kitchen staff fighting and arguing with each other. The view is great and the food is okay! Would recommend dining early so the food is still fresh. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend dining here for dinner or later in the day.

799? It's not worth it!!! I don't recommend this buffet at all. We we're expecting different types of dishes as what the videos and pictures from their FB page and Tiktok account (talk about fake advertisements) are showing but no, only 3 types of dishes, pork only for samgyup, some side dishes and the rest frozen balls for shabu shabu are all that what we got! Oh, I forgot the watermelon and halo halo with just 3 ingredients (sago, gulaman & mashed saba?) for desert. They only brought out the Bulalo when we we're about to leave. The place was also disgusting with waters dripping from the reception to the stairs (It was raining that time but didn't realized it's also raining inside). The floor was also slippery/oily which could be really dangerous. If ever you're planning to go here, don't waste your time and money. Better to go to other buffets rather than spending your money on this place. Never again!

We recently dined at Samgyuniku Prime Twin Lakes in Tagaytay and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of their food and the exceptional service provided by their staff. The prime cut of samgyeopsal was cooked to perfection, with a juicy and flavorful taste that melted in my mouth. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making for a relaxing dining experience. But what truly stood out was the outstanding service from Cezar and the rest of the staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking to make sure our table had everything we needed. They went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable and memorable. Overall, I highly recommend Samgyuniku Prime Twin Lakes to anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional service. The quality of their food and the friendly staff make this a must-visit dining destination in Tagaytay.❤❤❤
