When we were at the ostriches on the south west part, there was some guys above prison who're noisy and getting our attention. Because of this, I realized this park was just beside a prison😆😅
Anyway, The park is good for the purpose for humans, yes, because it's clean and beautiful. But as to its name WILD LIFE, the life of the animals there are sad, scared and lifeless. As if they're just waiting the opportunity to die there or find an escape.
Their shelters doesn't fit their natural habitat. Some of the dirty water, the hard ground .. The only animals that have a good spot are the mountain goats with the deer (located at the farther north of the park). All of these are understood coz maintaining a good habitat for animals requires a lot of maintenance budget. But I hope the life of the animals there won't stick like that forever til they die🥺.
My stars are for the ⭐ beauty of the place and ⭐ for the entrance fee
ps. Instead being heart broken of recalling 'the (u&her🦚)' memories there haha. I was more hurt when I saw how sad the animals...

Initially it's not in our itinerary, we're supposed to go straight home to Manila from Legazpi. We're at Legazpi Market buying pasalubong when my brother-in-law texted us that he would meet us in Naga because they're going to this Park.
We arrived around 12 noon but we're not hungry at that time because we're ate breakfast at 9am.
It's a weekday and the parking is almost empty so parking was easy. There was no line and we easily paid fir the tickets (Senior Citizens are FREE, check the FEEs I uploaded the picture.
They have a Lion 🦁 that is so calm and would always posed for a pictures sometime with a wide open mouth. The Tiger 🐅 was sleeping at the time we pass by but they said it's a young one.
They have alot of animals and I was told that whenever an injured wild animals is found by locals they would endorse it to DENR which would turn in over to the Park for rescue.
There is a small eatery inside. Bring extra shirts because it's quite humid. The Park is at the food of a small mountain ⛰️...
Read moreA wild life zoo in the heart of Legazpi City. With an entrance fee and a jurassic park like gate. It has a moving in place dinosaurs with sound which scares me a lot. The kids playground has swings, seesaws and slides. The park also offers bike and boat rides with fee. The bike has a limited time and expensive. There is a food castle which offers tasty lunch and snacks. There is a variety of animals inside the zoo including ostrich, horses, turtles, eagles, monkeys, lions, tigers, snakes and etc. It also has a mini museum. The place is not well-maintained especially the comfort rooms. But overall the place is serene with open fresh air and surrounded by a variety of trees and plants. It also has cottages and benches all around the park where you can sit for free. A great place to be with your family for a picnic and teach the kids about...
