The view is not that impressive. However, it is very thrilling and interesting to walk on the swing bridge that feels like you are walking on clouds. It is said that the height that most people feel extreme fear is about 10 meters. That is why I felt extreme fear when I crossed the swaying cloud bridge to go up to the observatory. Some visitors even returned because of the psychological fear. The swing bridge was shaking and was 10 meters above the ground, so I felt psychologically anxious and scared. hehe. When I reached the observatory, I was finally able to breathe a sigh of relief that I survived. When you come down from the 3rd floor observatory to the 2nd floor, there are artworks by local artists. There is a large lounge on the 1st floor and a place to use the zipline. The path from the 1st floor to the ticket office was nice because it was covered with trees and plants like a forest path. There is a restaurant and a small museum near the ticket office. The entrance fee is 100 PHP, and the...
Read moreWe went to the hanging bridge first and paid 100 pesos each. It was a breathtaking experience; a stunning view from the top of the tower/360-degree deck. There's an easier path on the left side if you're afraid of heights, where you can take stairs instead.
The ambiance resembled an old Filipino tourist spot, complete with a museum. Afterward, we ate at the restaurant and were surprised to learn that we could go up for free if we ate there.
I was also disappointed with the sisig; it lacked seasoning and tasted like burnt chicken. Don't order the iced coffee; it's pricey. Three-in-one coffee is better. However, the calamansi juice and beef sinigang were great.
There was also a musician playing guitar, and I think it was a cielo. I'm not sure if tipping was required, but we gave them something anyway. We are a couple, and our bill totaled over 1,200 pesos.
Overall, it was a 7/10 experience. We might go back again, but not...
Read moreThe view is fantastic. The place is vey easy to access as it was along the high-way. I visited with my friends and we paid over 300 pesos each to enjoy everything.
The food is okay. We arrived around 11:30 but the line for a table was short. However, the wait for the food itself took around 30 mins and more. I would probably rate this 5-stars if it weren't for the singers that go tables to tables to serenade the diners. We insisted they stop during the beginning as we guessed a "tip" is mandatory but they still continued. Then after, they indeed "asked" us for "donations" even after telling we're broke too ;'). I hope next time, they'll listen if the diners told them firsthand before the performance itself.
After eating, we went to the museum, then the bridge. The walk looks very easy from afar but the bridge was wobbly so we panicked in the middle. Nonetheless, we were safe and the...
