Honest Review :

Food 9/10 - Very tasty and instagramable however for me it is very pricey considering its portion.

Service 7/10 - Staff is friendly however sometimes they tend to ignore us when we call them. They also have a 10% service charge.

Place 10/10 - Very clean and organized, with fans not airconditioned.

Hanging Bridge 9/10 - 100 pesos per person, however if you dine in their restaurant you are free (350 pesos per person). Queue is okay, it takes long because of people who stop on the middle of the bridge to take pictures even tho it is not allowed. The view above is very good, real 360 degree view of metro manila. Best time to go is before sunset however there will be many visitors with you. Viewing is only allowed 10 minutes, but for me this rule is not that strict.

Museum 3/10 - doesn't look like a museum to me. It's just plain glass cabinets with random antiques. Almost more like a line queue place for the hanging bridge than a museum.

Parking 9/10 - there is parking for customers however you will need to climb the steep slope to reach it (not all cars can make it) it is also not free.

Commute 9/10 - there are always tricycles when you exit the place. You can also ride a jeep/ejeep to go to lrt2, and there are also jeeps that go straight to cubao. All this is in front of the place. You just need to wait for it.

Overall a solid 8/10 - could be better if the food is right for its price. And also renovate or redesign the museum for it to be more...

The crew are so lazy when it comes to cleaning tables. We went there on Sunday, and we requested to transfer to a table near the overlooking view. The crew member, Francis, said we couldn’t move because there were designated seats. We told him we hadn’t ordered yet and we just arrived. He said the table still needed to be cleaned, and we told him it was okay. He said, “It’s up to you.”

We waited for almost 30 minutes and the table still wasn’t cleaned. We followed up, and they said, “Please wait, we’ll have it cleaned.” Then some new customers arrived and asked to sit near the overlooking view too — the table they requested was also dirty — but they prioritized cleaning that table for them! The cleaner even passed by us!

My companion and I just decided to leave, and we told the person assisting at the entrance that we were leaving because no one was assisting us. All they said was, ‘The exit is on the other side.’ They didn’t even bother to apologize. Horrible customer service and a very bad experience!

There were also two people who followed us out and were also complaining that they had been waiting for an hour and no one was assisting them either!

It was our first time at Cloud 9, and...

Good food! Pero don't expect much from the servers even with the '10% service charge'.

Mr. Rhodel, the manager was impolite and made us move tables kahit settled na kami and disagreed on moving but pinilit talaga. He also slammed the chairs on us. We wanted to be respectful of an old person siyempre kase we were just in our early 20s with minors kaya we let it slide nalang and to not ruin the mood den.

Next thing, the waiters are only looking at each other chitchatting kaya hindi ka nila mapapansin kapag nagraise ka ng hand or try to call them.

Those at the fron desk naman told us na wala nang vacant sa outside dining area but another waiter told us meron pa and pwede pa so mediyo nangulit kami sa front desk after — then ayon wala naman pala talagang nakareserve.

Front desk was nice naman — but they still lied. The manager was rude, impolite, and totally had heavy hands when assisting us. The servers were kind but not attentive.

Not worth the price imo, just pay 100 for the 360 view and support other smaller restos who...

2nd time to visit. Food were all delicious. Good for its price and they have big servings especially the Pansit Bihon. Tasty! Also recommended their Sinigang na baboy. Tamang asim ng sabaw and yung cuts ng pork and veggies, hindi tinipid. Maulan during our second visit and some areas had leaks above and rain water drips on the table so some of the customers have to transfer seats. Service is okay, but you may choose to sit somewhere easily visible like in the center, because they might not see you raising your hand for their assistance asap. Mabilis din sila maglinis ng table which is very impressive unlike other restaurants. And waiting time for food is not that long. View is totally good. You have a metro manila view while eating and they also have a deck you can go after eating just on the other side. Also, you can access the hanging bridge for free if you dine and just show your receipt. Superb experience. Highly recommended. Hoping for improvements as well, but all in all, experience is totally good.

It was the 2nd of September 2023, we visited this place to see the beautiful scenic spot. Their food and beverages are solid! They have a wide variety of menu selections that are applicable on most occasions. Their staff were responsive and delicate. Their dining area is wide so you can move freely and be able to still see a wide magnificent view while listening to local band folks serenading. It was worth what we have paid for. The establishment is still somehow well maintained. Most of their facilities are also accessible for people with disabilities and they also have a lot of parking space. Hopefully their facilities can still be accessible till sunrise as it will be a must-to-watch part of the day. I would recommend this to people who want to travel within metro manila then take a break and breathe.
