Terrible Customer Service: When I called to make a reservation, the customer service agent seemed impatient and was quick to cut the call, insisting that I handle everything online. Despite my repeated attempts to explain that we needed rooms accessible for seniors, I was met with indifference. This lack of attention to our specific needs was incredibly frustrating.

Subpar Dining Experience: The resort’s restaurants were a major letdown. The breakfast menu was incomplete, and the staff seemed disorganized, frequently forgetting orders. Given the high prices, I expected much better quality and service.
