Our recent visit to Glorious Fantasy Land was an unforgettable experience, filled with excitement and adventure. This amusement park truly lives up to its name, offering a diverse array of rides and attractions that cater to all ages and preferences.
One of the highlights of our visit was the Lakbay Pilipinas ride. This attraction beautifully captures the essence of the Philippines, taking us on a scenic journey through the country’s rich cultural heritage and breathtaking landscapes. The vibrant displays and interactive elements made us feel like we were traveling across the archipelago, experiencing its beauty firsthand.
Another standout attraction was the Horror House. This ride is not for the faint-hearted! From the moment we stepped inside, the chilling atmosphere and spine-tingling effects kept us on edge. The attention to detail in the design and the actors’ performances made the experience genuinely terrifying, yet thrilling. It was a perfect blend of fear and fun, leaving us with an adrenaline rush and a lot of laughs afterward.
The Snow World attraction was another unique experience. Stepping into a winter wonderland at -7 degrees Celsius was a delightful escape from the tropical heat. The icy sculptures, snow-covered slides, and the opportunity to play in the snow made it an enchanting experience, especially for those who have never seen snow before. It was like stepping into a completely different world, and we enjoyed every frosty moment.
One aspect that truly enhanced our experience was the staff at Glorious Fantasy Land. Every staff member we encountered was amazingly respectful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and friendliness made us feel welcomed and added a personal touch to our visit.
While the rides and attractions were outstanding, it’s worth noting that the food prices within the park were quite high. Although this is somewhat expected in amusement parks, it did impact our overall budget. Despite this, the overall experience at Glorious Fantasy Land was exceptional. The park’s cleanliness, the friendly and respectful staff, and the well-maintained facilities all contributed to a memorable day out.
In conclusion, I would rate our visit to Glorious Fantasy Land a solid 9/10. The variety and quality of the rides, especially Lakbay Pilipinas, the Horror House, and Snow World, make it a must-visit destination. If you can overlook the high food prices, you’re in for a day filled with fun and excitement. We can’t wait to...

We decided to visit the place because of all the hype. Was it worth it? Maybe—that depends on where you're coming from. We traveled 16 hours just to see the place, and honestly, it was not worth that exhausting trip. The worst part was the theme park’s customer service.
We availed of the Sweet & Savory August package at ₱1,200 per person. Originally, there were 12 of us traveling, so we made a reservation and paid half the price to confirm the booking. Unfortunately, my daughter wasn’t able to come due to a school activity.
We arrived at 1:40 PM, but the ticketing booth only opened at 2:00 PM. As soon as it opened, I immediately informed the staff about our reservation and told them that there were only 11 of us instead of 12. I offered to pay the remaining ₱6,000 for 11 people, but they told me that our reservation was already paid in full. I even insisted that it wasn’t and showed them the booking confirmation again.
However, they still said we MUST pay for 12 people. I explained our situation and even begged if I could just pay for 11 since only 11 of us were present. Unfortunately, they said it wasn’t allowed and that I should have informed them of the changes earlier. I explained that I wasn't informed of the said policy during booking, and even pointed out that if this was truly their policy, they should have asked for the full amount a day before the reserved date.
They said they would talk to someone (I wasn’t told who), and we were left waiting for over an hour. They even gave me the number of the “agent” who handled the reservation and told me to call him myself. I asked to speak to a manager, but they said they couldn’t decide on my concern. Frustrated, I searched for their contact number on their website, called, and lodged a complaint. Only then did a representative come to talk to us. Even the staff at their restaurant, Chao Bai, were rude. My husband simply asked if they knew what movie would be shown at Teatro de Dapitan, since it was part of the package. Instead of politely saying they didn’t know, we overheard someone say, “Didto diay sila mangutana, nganong diri man.”
For a park that clearly spent so much on the attractions, it’s disappointing how little they’ve invested in training their frontliners. Rigid policies, zero empathy, and absolutely terrible customer...
