It's definitely the best place to watch the sunset when in Panglao.
There is a small sand area where you can lay out and go swimming, but I would say this area is more suitable for watching the sunset.

Read moreTo get here, you'll pass through a gate. We just logged our names for entry. The beach itself is still a bit of a walk from the gate, but I think it's worth it for the sunset views. Be sure to look around a bit though, because there's an area full of mangroves on one end and a bit of a beach on the other.
