As a customer, when your store advertises promotions and discounts, it is only natural for us to expect timely delivery of the advertised items. Despite eagerly anticipating the items as per the promotional offers, they were not released on time. To add insult to injury, the staff responded with utter rudeness, with statements like" kahit maghintay pa kayo ng 7 AM" as if our time and patience are inconsequential to your establishment. I must point out the absurdity of this statement, considering your store isn't even open at 7 AM. They displayed an unacceptable level of sarcasm and rudeness towards customers, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy.
