Vista Mall Sta. Rosa — Attraction in Santa Rosa

First time to visit the Mall in Sta. Rosa, I go here to see what is in the mall, since I'm also looking for a place we're I can open my business. The parking looks full, so I though that the Mall is busy, but its not.

The Mall is boring. Nothing to look forward going here, except for the plants being sell in green centrale.

I was in 1 of the shop inside the mall, when I heard the Mall Manager is being rude to the tenants. (I heard the way she approach one of the employee on the said shop, arranging the store to close. She is so rude and disrespectful, if I were the staff I would really feel embarrassed and discriminated the way she speaks. I even feel the urge to interrupt her (but I think it is not my business to get involve with them) It is also observed that the people that the Mall Manager with is evn not happy the way the mall manager is approaching the tenants, now I know, why the mall has a very few tenants inside and the mall radiates a negative vibe/Aura.)

I approached the staffs when they leave, and ask who is she, why is she like that, I tought she were the owner of the shop, I was surprise that the Staffs said she is just a mall manager going rounds. I feel so sad for the said employees of the shop I visited, I witness how they were treated in such a way that is so degrading. I'm not sure what is the reason why she is like that to the staff of the shop I went to, but I think no matter what the reason is, she hasn't any right to speak that way to the tenants, as a mall manager she should be creating a good relationship to their business partners! Given that the shop still has a customers inside.

Anyways, this is just my feedback base on what I witnessed. Nothing is bad inside the mall, but what I witness is really something that the Mall owners should act upon, it might be one of the reason why is the mall does not give any reasons for the mall goers to come back, because of the people who they trust managing it, does not even know how to treat people properly. If hse did it to 1 of the staffs of a tenant that is paying them for a monthly rent, what more for her direct report?......

A very nice stop-over should you be going to Tagaytay or Batangas. Or, if you live nearby, a good place to buy your everyday needs.

This is a high end mall built by the Villar's. You will be wowed by the big spaces of the stores, the high ceiling, the very wide aisles and spaces to walk around, very comfortable airconditiong, very clean environment, and ample parking spaces.

The parking lot is a blend of spaces and nature, there are trees that will make you feel refreshed, parking spaces between cars are perfect unlike in other malls where you cant barely open your door when your parked side by side with another vehicle.

There are clothing stores, their All Day Supermarket, the All Home Hardware store which is very nice because it is almost complete. Theres a fresh baked breads and pastries store, ramen and noodles kiosk, a pharmacy, beauty saloon, gadgets and accessories store, jewelry shops, and of course, a very cozy and clean comfort rooms.

Theres a bar and some bistro restaurants, a jollibee and McDonalds with drive thru if you just want to eat while travelling.

A very nice place to shop, dine and unwind.

You should have seen this mall before the pandemic, its one good...

Mall is almost dead, was go 1 wednesday afternoon and mall was empty, not even sure we saw more than 40 people there and most of them was in H&M, hoping for them its not same during weekend. Lot of place are closed, 50% of food court was closed. All the place where phone/computer stores are supposed to be is closed.

Inside mall there is different kind of cafe with good decor if you want to make pics for instagram, except that you have few store for clothes, 1 cinema but not sure if its open or not because saw no one, 1 food court, few restaurants, barber and salon, 1 supermarket and All Home

But same for AllHome, only saw 7 other customers in 45-60 minutes inside of it, fortunately there is a lot of workers or it will look like a dead place.

Will end with a good things, you make people are happy to see you enter stores because that makes day less boring for them. You dont need to make line whatever store you go or to use CR because no other customers. Really easy to park close of entrance at the back of mall. Parking is only 30php and you can just park there and go to other...
