Ridiculous experience! Specially to Ms. Joy the service crew she doesn’t know her job, she didn’t inform us the proper procedures of ordering foods once you did the room reservation that’s the reason of delay.. she’s keep denying what she said before and she never know how to apologize for her service mistake! Even she knows that the customers not satisfied even the supervisor but you will never had anything from them there’s no solutions for your concerns!!

We reserved this room 2weeks before my mother’s bday, we didnt expect this experience what a pathetic experience in their service..

I know even i wrote this complaint they will not do anything and damaged had been done..

For all customers soon if you will gonna visit this place dont go to Ms. Joy, she will keep denying what you had a conversation. Lol! 😂 and they are manipulating with the supervisor krisha, even they knew that’s there’s a miscommunication you will never hear anything with them they will blame all the miscommunication to the customer even there’s no proper information form their side.. is that the correct way to handle your customer complaint?????

To this resturant I’ve been visiting this place for how many times but this time is different is our mother’s bday and we didn't expect this delay and what we had a conversation, they don’t know how to handle their customer complaint.. specially with Ms. Joy and krisha! Make sure next time be clear to your terms and conditions to your customers!!! That’s the most important things and we are keep asking for the manager as we can’t get an answer to the supervisor she’s keep saying “i don’t know” which is this words should not be mention to the customers, specially if they are complaining..

We are not...

Kart City offers more than Kart rides. They have a restaurant, sports bar with billiards and darts, videoke etc.

We went there (July 2019) after a bout of rain meaning we couldn't ride the Kart - the track was wet, with puddles and was slippery. For safety purposes, they didn't allow us to ride. We couldn't wait for it to dry up and we weren't sure if the rain will not return anymore. We played billiards instead and had a bit of the food from the bar.

One hour for billiards was P180. The snacks we had - siomai, calamares and adobong pugo - tasted ok. Serving size was good for 1 person and ranges from P90-P120.

The staff was cordial enough but replied differently when asked if we can ride the kart given the condition we came in. I suggest they improve on this so that visitors won't be confused.

The place is quite big. Some of the tables for the restaurant are located outside, overlooking the tracks.

The location is perfect: right in front of SM City Tarlac. There won't be any problems getting there. They have enough parking spaces withinn the compound.

The place is good for groups, barkadas and families.

First time to ride kart here!

The experience is great specially for first timers. I rode twice just to satisfy my excitement.

275 pesos per 5 minutes for adult ride is expensive if you'll look at it by the paper but once you experienced it, the paymet is very worth it.

Aside from the kart track, there are also other things to do here. They have restaurants, game room(billiards and other games) and Karaoke rooms.

The place is very accessible. In front of it is SM City Tarlac. Busses passes from this road so it's very accessible to others who are outside of Tarlac just like me. The place's design is also updated to the season, since it's December, they have Christmas theme decorations present on their area. Also the track is still ok to drive into even if it's nighttime.

The staff are polite and very accommodating. A Random guy gave me their "free" kart ride coupon that they got from riding so thank you very much to you random guy. Apparently they have a promo that for every 2500 pesos you spent on their restaurants, you get a free 5 minute kart ride that cost 275.

Very recommendable to those who want to experience...

We visited Kart City Tarlac to try it out. When we arrived, the place was under construction, but that didn't affect our experience. We got there around 5 PM and had to wait a bit for tickets since the staff were on break until 6 PM, which was understandable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. When it was time to use the karts, we were provided helmets, although some of them were broken or not securely fastened. The kart rides themselves were short, only about 5 minutes each. My kart needed a bit of wheel adjustment, but overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. Despite the minor issues with the helmets and short ride times, we had a fun time at Kart City Tarlac. The staff's kindness and the overall excitement of karting made up for any inconveniences.

MAY 2025 - I finally got to try Kart City Tarlac and it was a fun stop! The go-karts were exciting and the track is perfect even for beginners — fast enough to feel the thrill but not intimidating. The only downside is the rides are really short (around 5 minutes), so bitin if you’re expecting a longer run. What surprised me was how much more there is besides karting—billiards, karaoke, and live music give it more of a barkada hangout vibe. Food is okay. Service was a little slow since it got crowded, but still manageable. Overall, it’s a nice place if you want quick adrenaline and chill time with friends or family. Just don’t expect long racing sessions—it’s more of a fun stop than a serious karting track.
