Update as of March 31, 2023 Service crew are in a rush to get the dinning area cleaned at around 6:35pm. They are in a rush of closing the store cinsidering there are still customers who are eating their meal and ordering their food (nagmamadali atang umuwi mga crew noong araw na iyon). We ordered 2 Jolly Hotdogs together with other food (based on our receipt) and we were told that our order will be ready within 12 minutes to 15 minutes (6:36pm). 30 minutes had passed but no orders came. We went to the counter to follow up our order, to our surprise they forgot our food 😂🤣 and waited for another 12 minutes. Cashier blaming the Product Controller (PC), PC claiming that he did'nt received any order, and the manager just playing dumb 🤭😂🤣 on the situation. Hi, I would like to complain about your kitchen crew in Jollibee Tarlac City Branch near Siesta. I eat breakfast in that branch 3 to 4 times in week and this is the only time that I felt insulted by your crew. I ask the cashier if Champ is available. Then your cashier asks 1 of your kitchen crew. Your crew shouted "Hindi pa available ang champ ng ganitong oras!" and I was just there in front of the cashier. The tone on how he said that is very insulting, that the cashier that helping me out was also felt offended. They can just say No or it will be available later but no he sounded like its our fault for asking. I tried to choose somethin else but I lost my appetite and just left that store feeling disappointed. I hope you talk to that guy because I'd rather eat in Mcdonalds just across the street than being insulted...

Please make sure that you have sufficient number and fast cashiers, especially you are located at a bus stop. Usually, passengers are hoping to order for a quick bite. But when I tried to order, I was just second on queue but was not able to order because there is only one available cashier and he took so much time punching the orders of first on queue and addressing the coupon. I know the during 3pm the store have relatively low number of costumers and your kiosk at the bus stop have no personnel. I doubt that you are understaff at the time. That is no excuse on the piling up of queue just because you have limited number...
