I like their centralized shower area because of the nonstop running water but they have to remove the uneven steps because its risky for small children. Think again about getting their AC room good for 4 people priced at 3,500 pesos per night because there is only 2 queen sized bed designed bunk-style with a slippery bamboo ladder not fit for a senior or a tall person. There's not enough floor space from the front door that is less than a meter from the bed. The 3,500 per night AC rooms don't have individual toilets but common toilets are available and everyone needs to be patient for their turn because there are only 3 male toilets and 3 female toilets for a large resort that can accommodate up to 200 people. I went to Jash restaurant just outside the resort's gate to use their toilet but i was also told the restaurant have no toilet and they pointed me back to which I came from. I also asked the staff 4 times before they finally open the other 2 male toilets for their customers after we arrived and did tried all the male toilets and all the flush don't work. Cigarette butts are everywhere and they need to relocate their garbage station because its an eyesore. The shower and kitchen drainage are poorly planned so you can see sewer and food leftovers everywhere on common areas. The resort is also building a large concrete sign like a sticking sore thumb in front of the beach blocking the view and denied fresh air going the resort's cottages. The resort is just beside a popular party place and the loud music stops at 2am. They have limited parking space. The security is excellent because of the 2 gates from beach.

Place is a bit crowded and bathrooms are very limited (only 2 toilet and 1 shower for the ladies then 2 toilet only for the men) although there is an outdoor shower. Entrance and tent pitching is budget friendly already.

Staffs are hospitable. Nice place to stay if you are looking for some quite privacy.

Pros: Beachfront - malapad naman yung beach area but that is it; unremarkable; nothing to see Accepts Gcash

Cons: Overpriced - for the facilities/services they are offering, not commensurate at all Dirty CRs the CRs are common to all guests - so manage expectations pero grabe naman yung may standing water sa floor ng CR sa left side going to the beach; what if may sugat ka sa paa? baka mainfect yung isang CR door, walang lock so either dapat may kasama ka na magbantay sa labas or i-push mo yung balde inside against the door yung right side CRs naman, puro basura sa floor at soap holders (literal na may used feminine sanitary products na nakakalat lang) 🤮🤮 yung kalat na andun ng mga 5 pm, by 10pm andun pa din; walang naglilinis yung tabo nila, either sira at cracked na; tapos yung isa naman 1.5 plastic bottle lang hinati sa gitna ang tabo Broken door lock - yung room namin sira yung doorknob; they offered a padlock na hind na naibigay No generator - nawalan ng kuryente from 11:30 pm - 2:30 am; madilim sa area Not enough trash cans around no trash cans at our rooms trash cans at the CR areas were overflowing - as mentioned, mukhang walang balak maglinis sa resort na ito Mahina internet connection sa area (Globe user) May parking "area" pero super effort kung punuan na May nawalan ng cellphone (overheard lang ito sa nagkkwentuhan) Maingay due to videoke - tumahimik lang dahil nagbrownout; nung nagka-kuryente, tuloy na naman ang ingay We were booked for two nights, pero hindi na namin kinaya - nandiri na kami talaga sa facilities; we advised the resort that we will be checking out after one night and will refund the second night; they initially agreed; but nung paalis na kami, half na lang daw irerefund. Understandable naman under normal circumstances, but I know for a fact na madaming walk-in that time dahil holiday (meron na nga 1-2 groups na nga nagtatanong nung moment na yun if may available rooms) - hind naman kawalan sa kanila na i-refund kami in full dahil may kukuha naman agad nung rooms.

Hindi naman dahil sa maselan or nagiinarte kami, pero for that price (2,500 for Fan Room and 3,500 for AC Room), hindi acceptable yung unsanitary conditions ng facilities.

Not so welcoming vibes. (except the staffs) Lazy security guards You have to open the gate on your own even when there's guard available. Cafeteria staff was rude. Bought some drinks and they are asking us to pay for the ICE. Very expensive items from the store. 1 small soap costs almost $2. (go to the nearest store outside and you'll get two for a dollar. Music will disturb you until effin morning. (not good for families who...
