Impreza beznadziejna halloween to jakiś żart. Brak wystroju, chyba że chodzi o kawałki waty rozrzuconej byle gdzie, animatorzy których praktycznie nie ma. Nikt nie prowadził tej imprezy, nikt nic nie wie. Animatorzy jak się pojawili po 2 godzinach stoją i nie bawią się z dziećmi. Dom strachow to dmuchaniec do skakania. Po skakania animator daje cokierka.... Wybór stroju... Nic takiego nie było, a przynajmniej nic takiego nie było widać. Nie było wielu atrakcji które miały być. Było Malowanie buzi i kącik gdzie się robi z masy solnej figurki.to największe atrakcje. Jak zapytałam gdzie jest pole dyniowe, pani powiedziała że nie wie. Animatorzy którzy coś robili i bawili się z dziećmi byli od dzieci z urodzin. Nigdy więcej imprezy w kids arena. Stracone pieniądze, za takie pieniądze można zdecydowanie wybrać inne miejsce. Bo to co zaproponowali nie ma nic wspólnego z hallowen. Na jednym z dmuchane, na tzw wyspie, córka spadła z góry na dół wszystkie dzieci po kolei spadały na nią, deptali ją po głowie, klatce piersiowej, brzuchu. Wyciągając ją, córka nie mogła oddychać. W pobliżu nie było ani jednej osoby z obsługi. Zgłosiłam sytuację w recepcji, a pani do mnie mówi że jest jej przykro, ale że jest za dużo dzieci, a za mało personelu. To się nie mieści w głowie. To była impreza zorganizowana i oni powinni być odpowiedzialni za to co się dzieje. Moje dziecko ma 8 lat mnie mogło nie być chwilowo przy nim, mogłam być w toalecie, mogłam kupować coś do picia. Mogło dojść do tragedii... Ja nie polecam, wręcz odradzam. Jest dużo więcej fajnych...

Unfortunately, it was a waste of 70 pln for us. It was overcrowded, loud and extremely cold in there. Half of the parents were walking around in shoes, older kids pushing younger kids out of the way, screaming… it was a mess. My son cried several times and we eventually left after about 20 minutes of ‘play’ time (another 20 minutes he spent crying). Toys, slides and furniture were so sticky and dirty! It has a potential for becoming a great place but they need to clean it up and...
