Praia Vale dos Frades ist wirklich ein wunderschöner Strand mit klarem Wasser und tollen Wellen. Je nach Ebbe und Flut gibt es unterschiedlich viel Platz zum Liegen, was den Strand besonders abwechslungsreich macht. Selbst in den Sommermonaten ist er nicht überfüllt und dadurch angenehm ruhig. Die Anfahrt ist allerdings etwas steil – egal ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto. Einige hatten sogar Schwierigkeiten, mit dem Auto wieder hochzufahren.
