A Porta do Diabo — Attraction in Ponta Delgada

I think this is my favorite place on the whole island!!! Loved watching the bright blue waves roll in and crash on the lava rock. Wonderful photo opportunities and great energy from the ocean. P.S. there is plenty of parking down at the bottom of the road! GPS may have you park at the top of the hill & you do NOT want to walk...

Visita obligatoria!! Piscina natural termal a l'oceà...al•lucinant... Et banyes en aigua calenta i conforme t'apropes al final de la "piscina" notes les corrents d'aigua freda de l'Atlàntic. És baixa en cotxe fins a un aparcament que et deixa a 5' de la zona de bany (gratuïta). Hi ha uns vestidors-wc per dutxar-te i canviar-te. Recomano portar escarpins. Just al costat de l'aparcament també hi ha un bar-restaurant per pendre i menjar algo. Ah! I també cal veure les formacions de roques de la Porta do Diablo i altres.
