Never had a bifana before this but glad we went! There's not much I wouldn't do to have another one; can see myself going back to the Azores for this bifana alone. Hands down the best food I've ever eaten. If you come to Sao Miguel and you don't come to A BarracAbana, you've missed out. Barack Obama himself would approve - it's that good....

We had THE BEST traditional Portuguese bifana here!! I am gluten intolerant and they knew exactly what it was (fries might have gluten contamination but I am ok with that) and were able to make mine on a plate. Absolutely delish! I could bathe in the pineapple sauce they put on the meat 🤤 A must if you’re on Sao Miguel!!...

Great little pit stop after spending time by the ocean! The burgers were juicy with the perfect amount of topping. Plz try the local honey and perfect liquors with the burgers!
