Quartz Museum — Attraction in Viseu

Of all the museums we saw, it was my favorite, great exhibitions and even microscopes. If you are crossing from Salamanca to Porto, this is the stop, and also Ciudad Rodrigo, in which I recommend going into the city and see the walls.

You can also take some Quarts from the garden and the guys working there are the best!!!

Really beautiful rocks. This museum has exceeded my expectations. They made it so you can enjoy looking at the various rocks in lots of different ways - exhibits, digital, and microscope. The microscope opportunities were a highlight. It's a must-visit for all who can appreciate the beauty of rocks. Plus you can learn stuff with an audio guide (available in English)....
