We had a great experience. Thank you for accomodating our specific request and going out of your way to place us near the terrace, opening the doors so we could put the cat in carrier outside, still near us. Animal-friendly people are the best!

The meal was excellent: we had veal with spinach 'esperragado', cod fish with 'broa' topping. All very goid. Desserts were heavenly. Very friendly, professional staff. Ambience was perfect. Architecture conducive to a traditional feeling: high celings, wooden beams. We enjoyed the house wine, ending up purchasing bottles of their production 2018, being Trincadeira Nacional the main grape variety. Excellent....

We come to the restaurant with 6 people with reservations. We are here from Chicago. I am sorry to tell you but the service was very bad. We wait 2 hours to get served. They never bring the soups "caldo verde" we order. They forget. After waiting more the 1 hour for the soups they never arrived at the table. We cancel the soups. We ask for "Cabrito assado" and they told us they dont have it anymore. The meat was hard very hard to eat. Just a bad day for us. Maybe a bad day for the restaurant. Please work in your service and make it better. Thank you...

É um bom sítio para comer comida tradicional, nada mais que isso. Têm duas opcões vegetarianas, ambas mal confecionadas e pensadas. Pedi inicialmente os rolinhos que courgette, que basicamente consistia em tiras de courgette meio crua, meia grelhada enrolada em cubos de queijo feta, 4 rolinhos, sem qualquer acompanhamento. Para além do queijo feta ser extremamente enjoativo para comer naquelas quantidades, a courgette para além de não estar praticamente cozinhada também não tinha sabor, portanto era basicamente comer cubos de queijo feta. Referimos essa questão a quem penso ser o gerente, que disse que se achava enjoativo que comia menos rolinhos, ou seja fazia um almoço de dois rolinhos de courgette, porque como já referia antes, acompanhamento não tinha. Como estava impossível de comer pedi então a massa tricolor, que consistia em massa com cogumelos e molho de natas, em teoria parecia melhor, no entanto os cogumelos também estavam mal cozinhados e o molho de natas era quase água, portanto totalmente sem sabor. A oferta de comida vegetariana é totalmente lamentável, o que já não deveria...
