Hyatt Plaza — Attraction in Al Rayyan

STAY AWAY FROM CHILLIES...Housam the Manager called the Police because they overcharged us on the bill and we were disputing the charge with him. It related to the use of a coupon and the rules around it, which I disputed with him. He said if you don't pay the entire amount, I have no issues to call the police. The police actually showed up, and I asked my family to leave because it was so embarrassing. He was explaining to me and the police that I should have read the rules...which we did..and none of them made sense anyways. He also was so worried about paying the extra amount of 30 riyals, rom his pocket. Chilies is an international company, I do not think they would charge him, but he kept on arguing and was so scared about paying the 28 riyals. My children were upset and embarrassed by the police presence. On top of that, after I agreed to pay the bill, because of the intervention of the Hyatt Mall Manager Mr. Ahmad, Nicest guy ever, Mr. Housam added another 18 riyals to the bill for no reason. I disputed it with him and he started to scream again at me. He even threatened to detain me, it was really an insane type of moment. Anyways, at the end I paid the bill and added a 15% tip for the waiter. Also, to tell Mr. Housam it is not about the money, it is about all the lies that false marketing campaigns make and we as the consumers end up paying the price. I have never seen a manager that horrible, threatening and insecure in my life. Other than that, burgers were good, Fajitas were horrible. One thing I noticed that there was an atmosphere of fear in the place. Everytime the waiter or hostess wanted to do something, they would go into the back and ask the manager. The staff seemed frightened and really scared. i was scared, he called the police. Imagine the people working there. Horrible place, I hope Mr. Ehab the district manager will do something. I had a truly enjoyable experience at Hyatt Plaza Mall. Lulea Jewellery stood out with its creative, affordable, modern, and stylish selection—plus top-notch service that made shopping a pleasure. The mall made my weekend so convenient: I got affordable groceries at Al Meera, enjoyed great food at the food court, and found the prayer rooms and restrooms to be clean and pleasantly scented. Jungle Zone was a real haven for kids, giving parents the freedom to shop peacefully. Wrapping up was just as easy—getting an Uber from Gate 4 was quick and hassle-free. Parking Area is good and ample parking space Mall is calm, neat and peaceful for families .Friendly staff .I would like share a recent and good experience with the Mall staff.I forgot my shopping bag with Aldo sandals out side of the mall .After reaching home at Mesaieed 40 KM away from Doha , when i recognized that i forgot the shopping bag, at the out side of Mall , i called the customer service desk of Hyaatt plaza (44999666) and their response was very friendly and supportive .They inquired about the bag and called me back with the good news that they collected the bag and kept it safely for return to the owner .Thank You very much .This is a pleasant experience.Best wishes to Hayatt Plaza Management,Various shops and their ...
