We had a problem with checking in, we couldn’t get through to the person who manages this place. A security guard helped us in the building where the apartments are located. The security men probably called the owner, who gave him the access code to our room. We really disliked the fact that the building security guard knew the code to our apartment, it is unacceptable.Usually in this type of apartment, we get an access code by sms or email. The apartment was nice decorated and reasonably well equipped but the apartment was awful dirty.There were disgusting dirty stains on the couch - to sit on it, we had to wash the blanket in the bedroom.The window curtains were stained and unpleasant as well. The kitchen was also very dirty. The coffee machine and kettle were sticky with dirt.The kitchen faucet was stuck with dirt as you can see in the photos - disgusting !!! The dishes were not washed well. There was a lot of dust everywhere, especially on the electrical sockets.A cleaning person should be dismissed immediately. I am curious if the person who offers this accommodation also has such a dirty house? we feel cheated because we paid a large amount for a night in this apartment, and we got a dirty place where we felt very bad.
