During my visit, the park was undergoing routine maintenance, with workers trimming grass using weed whackers throughout much of the area. While understandable, the noise—combined with the natural volume of the birdlife—made it less peaceful than expected. Additionally, parking nearby can be challenging, especially during busy hours.
