This is twice it happened, that your employee he is an INDIAN GUY, that is rude to customers i was asking him about particular things, instead of listening he cut me off by saying im new here, I don’t know everything i ask him not once but three times, is this how you train or educate you employees? Rude when it comes to customer services? Like why did you guys put them in there from the first place is they will say he doesn’t know everything? To ask someone so I found out that he is old employee your employee look down on who ever they don’t want to help it’s not about you got good sales every day but remember to be more friendly cuz in industry of foods customer service is the priority. I hope you got an action for this ohhh by the way they called him sef if im not mistaken. Thankyou… hope you’ll see...

I've been to this grocery store for a very long time since its close to my home, today it was unexpected, I just entered to get my trolly and one of the guard stop me and ask to surrender my bag... and this is the first time I heard this rules... and its normal to enter with your own bag... but i ask him for what reason, and he said its there rule to not enter with big or small bag inside the grocery store... Which I complied.. and while was I walking, I saw all of the ladies ( mostly saudi women) inside carrying there own bag inside.... And this is really unnaceptable.. I will not come back to this place...
