Salam o Alykum

My experience and the food is always nice at Al baik. But I have an issue with breakfast. I have requested the counter guy to charge me for egg, cheese and chicken sandwich but requested him to take the egg out. Which he refused bluntly and simultaneously misbehaved as well.

I told him that I am allergic to egg and can’t have egg but he didn’t listen to me at all.

Keeping in mind that I didn’t ask for any reduction in price. I just wanted the omelette out of my sandwich due to a chronic allergy.

I have ordered 22 Sandwiches and the counter cashier told me 20 minutes (as you can see in the receipt). The order was taken @7:39 am and was delivered at 8: 10. Upon asking the counter guy he said it’s my mistake I had to give 40 minutes wait time but I just gave you 20 minutes. I asked why 40 minutes? It’s a quick thing but he kept on saying 40 minutes didn’t utter anything else. Nevertheless while I was waiting, 5-6 people came with small orders after me were catered before me and the justification was they had small order.

I am sorry but Small orders means the delay in big order.

The order was handed to me at 8:10 am with the audacity of saying that I gave your order 10 minutes earlier.

I would request Al baik management to to cater special orders and teach the importance of customer needs to highly reputed Al Baik staff.

On top of everything they should teach them Ethics and teach them how to respect customers. This has left me very frustrateed and angry but yet I dealt with your staff very politely.

We came at a time where the whole store was packed with only men. Assuming the side doors would then be available for women, however they declined us from ordering and told us to wait amongst the men. We refused and waited for the line to clear up then order from the side. Once this happened the worker was ignoring us and refusing to take our order even though it was from the same register. He was at no inconvenience to take our order and had little to no respect for our religion. He then proceeded to yell in a foreign language to his coworkers and continued ignoring us. For Albaik you don’t need review just based on food almost everybody tasted it and most of them like it. It is cheaper, fresh, clean, a lot of people find it tasty. However, the service is not as much smoother as it should have been. There is no strict sequence based service. You will find people came way after you get their orders delivered while you wait for the same. People working there seem to be overloaded and confused about how to control the orders. They should stick to the order sequence. This thing disappoints a lot of customers. Arguing customers is a common seen there. If you hand over your order slip first to the worker than other customers, chances are you will get it first. This...
