I used to really like the bakery and loved their fresh croissant. However, I have came today to buy regular size cheese croissant but it was sold out. So the worker said we have mini croissants if you like. I said ok, I will take mini croissants instead. He said there is a box of 6 pieces for 30 riyal. I said ok, please give me 4 pieces of cheese and two of chocolate. He refused saying I can only take two of each kind!! Which doesn’t make any sense, the box is not pre-packed! It is displayed in pieces!. I said I don’t want the box if it’s cheaper. I will just buy in piece because I mostly want the cheese! I dont want to be forced into buying zaatar or plain croissant! I’ve ordered from Fareen multiple times and highly recommend them but this time I called Fareen to bring up the issue of my order being received in the manner that I got it. I asked for a solution many times to know how I can fix the muffins so that they are in a servable condition and the only solution I was given was to contact the delivery service. I really hope this establishment can come up with solutions in terms of better packaging sensitive material like not placing them on the muffins and packaging them separately with an ice pack. Simple solutions go a long way. I’m not throwing 2,3 riyals in the trash but over 200 riyals since it’s not something that my kids can take to serve to their classmates. Happy National...

I wish to advise everyone for good health to take this oven fresh Freen food, it's better then dipped oil food & all burgers & junkie oil fry food. It's my first visit yesterday Fareen fresh food tast wise very delicious made as simple like home made wheat bread. The Service wise very good ,there is the cash counter girl Segan,she gave with kindness words my family & childer impressed so we take chance to let taste the food, after tasted food is very good we recommend & there is in service man Sajib & the way he served us very nice.He explained that his management keep an fresh food to serve for customers.
