Snowy Forest — Attraction in Makkah Region

I went to have fun but I didn’t know That there was older kids there so what happened was I was playing with 5 of my cousins 6 including me and there was a long zip line and there wasn’t any person working there so we were having fun then we wanted to play and me and my cousins were forming a line and some kids were skipping the line we told them to go on the line so we can all play and a girl who’s like 14 to 15 she told my 8 year old cousin you blind because my cousin accidentally hurt her little sister who’s about like 2 to 3 and she was yelling then when we old went cause she was yelling at us telling us we have been not letting the other kids play on the game I said we weren’t so the girl went and got her older sister how is like 17 or 18 she was yelling at us and saying if she was in her sisters place she would’ve slapped us each and we said accidentally my cousin hurt her she was arguing with us and even cursing then they went and got the worker she said that we apologize to them or get out if the place I think the worker thought that we would say sorry cause we love this place but we didn’t we were All crying when we got out the came and brought their mom and saying they’ll call police and sue us and if she got to the hospital or moms will pay cause her little baby sister has something wrong with her back her mom said to my other cousin that you weren’t born right. Like we got away from them cause we didn’t want argue with them we will never go there again I advise to go and by the way who sends their baby sister to a place that you can’t go without getting hurt so don’t go I advise you if there was a zero or negative I would put and there...

the same problem again in snowy... the kids love to go and this time the cashier girl left us standing for more than 20 minutes because the system was down and you always end up paying cash, and they never have to give you the rest back and they make you wait another eternity while the kids are outside waiting to get in..I told the cashier again that i understand that it is not her fault but just talk to the manager because that would damage the reputation of the place... but she didn't even care. Also one more thing My kids tell me that they don't want to go anymore because inside the girls are very serious with the children and they talk together all the time... and i have seen that too because i have gone in with them... so if it is a place for children, i think the children should go out happy...please keep an eye on...

Update 2021: The management changed and honestly it might be cleaner, but gun games still not working, less and less balls for kids to play with, and management now forces you to wear Sparkies or Snowy Forest non-slip socks. Before, it didn’t matter. Terrible considering the environmental impact.

Initial review: Kids always enjoy Snowy Forest, but it’s kind of a mess. Food on the floor, on the slides, the air play with the balls and guns does not work. Either it’s completely broken, either it blows air the wrong way. I don’t understand how why it’s not being fixed. Especially considering the price of the l entrance per child.

Would also be nice to have more comfortable seating areas for parents. And maybe coffee / drink machine for parents who come alone and have to...
