So the only reason I am even giving service a 3 star is because of our original waiter Jomar and the manager because they were so nice but this one waiter named Ibrahim was rude, had an attitude and doesn’t seem to understand how to communicate with customers. I would have given one star if the whole time we were there Ibrahim was waiting on us. Ok, so there was an issue with the fish not being fully cooked and unsafe for a pregnant woman to eat. I called the waiter “Ibrahim” over and asked if he could get our waiter because I couldn’t see him. He goes I’m here what do want. I guess our waiter was on break or something. So, I told him the fish is not cooked well and not safe to eat. He goes this is how it is. I explained the person with me is pregnant and can’t eat fish that is not properly cooked. He responded that’s how this fish is. At this point I got annoyed and said but it’s not safe to eat can they cook it till it done. He says that’s how it is again. At this point I’m annoyed and holding my thoughts in and then he goes do you want the manager. I said yes cuz clearly you don’t know how to be a good waiter and deal with this on your own. He then never came back to check if we need anything or clear up the table until I started writing this review and then I had to ask him to give us a refill on our drink. Honestly one of my worst dine in experiences so far! The food was so expensive, and not worth the price. One of the orders placed was a kids meal but it was changed to an adult meal without my knowledge, which caused an increase in the total price.

There was no dedicated waiters and everyone seemed super busy. I waited 20 minutes before I caught someone to finally take my order. I don't blame the staff as they seem to be working well, but the management is horrible! I had like 7-8 different waiters in total and they all seemed lost and confused most of the time. One waiter took my order and another person came and served the food and stuff were missing.

The entre came before the appetizer which is stupid because now I'm not in the mood to eat the appetizer. There should be an order that the food should come out. Drinks first, appetizer, main course, and then desert. They didn't seem to follow this and just served at random.

The food was mediocre at best and I'm honestly dissatisfied with the whole experience and I don't plan on coming to eat here again. I also recommend to anyone else to look for an alternative experience like Steakhouse or Outback steakhouse or something as those aren't as expensive and have better service and food for the money.
