“No Respect for Clients’ Time!”

This place has so much potential, yet its appointment management is shockingly poor. Clients are not informed of delays before payment or even before changing clothes for their sessions.

Typically, the wait time is claimed to be 10-15 minutes for room preparation. However, today I was told it would be 30 minutes because another client was late for their session and insisted on the same specialist. Instead of offering them an alternative or handling the situation properly, I—the punctual client—was asked to accommodate this delay.

This lack of respect for clients’ time and failure to prioritize those who arrive on time is unacceptable. Based on my prior experiences, I know delays like this often extend far beyond what’s communicated.

It’s incredibly frustrating to make the effort to arrive on time only to face such disorganization. Management must urgently address this and implement a reliable reservation and scheduling system to avoid these...

Khatoun has great services and experienced estheticians. It’s usually a very pleasant experience. But today, I had an appointment at 4. The receptionist called me at 3:30 asking if i’m going to be on time, I said yes. I arrived at 4:00 and they kept me waiting for 30 minutes because the esthetician was “getting the products ready”. After a 35 minutes wait my service started. Apparently I was kept waiting because a walk-in customer came in and requested a 60 minutes service. The receptionists were misleading and made the wrong decision. The receptionists were rude in how they handled their error and didn’t even apologize. Absolutely loved my Khatoun Spa Experience! It was my first time and I was positively surprised. The decor is beautiful, very calm and thoughtfully decorated with true Arabian spa experience. The staff are professional and knowledgeable in their area and the menu is extensive. I wanted an explanation on some of the treatments I wasn’t aware of and Zainab sat and explained to me in detail all options and products. The manager was attentive and kept on ensuring all was up to standards. The overall team makes you feel at home from the time you enter, throughout and before you leave. I’m very particular with spas and that the services, offerings, staff and ambiance match the whole experience and Khatoun definitely didn’t disappointment.
