I have never ever experienced such ignorance and tardiness from any descent organization, not to mention an educational one! Why do you put a phone number if you’re not willing to answer it? And why do you bother having an email while you keep ignoring your students ( not anymore hopefully)? I seriously have never seen a place with this amount of unprofessionalism, they might taught us french but we definitely should teach them respect, starting from respecting people to respecting time! No one is answering my emails, nor my calls, I even showed up on their doorstep several times and no one bothered to at least hearing the door’s knocking. It’s not surprising at all to experience this negligence, since they have a teaching staff that humiliate students in the name of sarcasm. I also would like to point to their environment that doesn’t contain air conditioning nor windows. Not even a clean bathroom! Those are the minimum requirements for any human at any environment!! If you are planning a workshop, not any workshop theatre workshop at least organize it, put info answer your phone, and answer us rather than asking us to check the website that includes zero info… today was horrible.. definitely wont think about participating of any of your events.....

Hate it! One of the worst experience... The course was really intense with lake of information nor lessons... Our mentor was OLD Tunisian guy and he was so slow, so exhausted and aggressive.... We come after complete level a1. 1 with punch of letters and numbers... Totally worthless, waste of time and too expensive... Alliance SA is the most expensive Alliance in all gulf countries and i don't know why?!!! .... Look at Bahrain, UAE, ect... It's half the price with better quality... It's annoying to treat us as...
