Special thanks to Mr. Rocky for his exceptional kindness and attentive service, which truly enhances the experience. The teamâs professionalism extends to the chef, who ensures every dish is prepared to perfection. The food is flavorful, with pizzas that strike the perfect balance of crispy crusts and rich toppings, and the drinks are equally satisfying as well as the other dishes. Actually, it wasnât up to my expectations.
The ambiance is remarkable, with both indoor and outdoor seating areas thoughtfully designed to cater to every guestâs preference. The interior design is nothing short of epic, with intricate details that create a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. Outdoors, the space is equally inviting, blending comfort and style seamlessly. Iâm only giving them one star as their drinks (mocktails) werenât bad otherwise the food was really not up to the mark or standards at how they price things âŠ.. I have allergies (canât eat red meat) asked if they can omit veal from their calzone, at which the floor manager told us they arenât ALLOWED to do so (i was appalled by their answer honestly) anyways so I ordered the penne Arrabiata and it was Al dente to the point where itâs a little crisp to the bite - the sause was overly salty ! I wonder if the chef even taste the food while cooking it âŠ. My spouse ordered spaghetti bolognaise and when the food was served it was spaghettini not Spaghetti (and we were just told few moment earlier that they arenât ALLOWED to change ingredients đ) I guess they are ALLOWED to do things & make changes without even mentioning it to the customer but not ALLOWED to change things upon their request.
We didnât enjoyed our dinner & the whole incident was not kool at all - plus for such a basic meal they charged us...
Read moreHad dinner last night with my birthday son and daughter. The pizza was unorthodox, yet it was great and worth repeating. Had two typs of salad and it was good. The Carpaccio was less than expected and was limited to very few small slices. The lasagne was good and delicious. The gnocchi was good though, the souce was a bet thick and the presentation was crude. The tiramisu and the pistachio ice cream were great. The food as a whole was good and the ingredients were fresh and of good quality. The Atmosphere was very good sitting outside. The service was good with only one mistake, they brought the main course as we were having our salad resulting in asking them to take the main course back until it is time, which they did with a smile. The restaurant manager was very much accommodating and very professional and I do appreciate his approach. The waiter "Rex" was very good and helped us to celebrate my son's birthday in a short notice. All in all, I would definitely come back and I do reccommand...
