The place is small compared with other Sparky’s branches we’ve ever been to. Since we shop a lot in Lulu we can bring our kids here just to give them a simple joy. That was before this rude, unpleasant, and definitely not kid-friendly (I think Egyptian) staff got in here to “manage”. The moment he sees a child/children coming in, he is rough to ask them if they have a card, and when they don't have, he is rougher sending them away! The kids are literally terrorized because of him! Even with their parents, he is rude! There are so many comments/reviews here about the behavior of this man and unfortunately, we (my son, daughters and I) personally experienced it. My 5-yo son run inside this Sparky’s branch while I was on a business call. He has autism and he cannot understand much verbal communication yet, but like the other kids, he knew this is a play area for kids and was drawn to it. Since at first, I had no intention of bringing them here to play, I didn't bring my Sparkys card. This impolite man approached me even when I was still on the phone and asked me if I have a card. He cannot wait for my answer so he slightly pushed my son towards the door! Of course, any mother who sees this horrible act to her child will get mad! I confronted him and told him that what he did is wrong and he has to improve his attitude, especially toward the kids as this is a place for them. He just showed his arrogant face so I walked to the counter towards other staff, a Saudi guy cashier and another one in a yellow uniform, and complained and they apologized on his behalf. I ended up buying the SR399 package though I still have another card at home, first to treat my son at that moment, second, to give sales to these other guys who did well in handling the complaint of a mother like me. However, we will not use the bulk of that amount in this branch because no one can enjoy the atmosphere of this rude “manager” who terrorizes kids in a supposed-to-be kids-friendly environment! Worst experience ever. The person in charge was very rude to everyone. He didn’t even allow kids to sit on some of the toys, even after we spent on some rides. i don’t recommend this place at all. After my visit, I read the reviews and saw that many people had the same issues for over two years. But sadly, the management did nothing about it.
