Extremely disappointed and disrespectful. Rubeen Hossain. And the cashier at Riyadh Avenue mall AlBaik at 5 May 2024 9:48P.M, Zainab. Order Number 794 I had ordered BBQ thighs at 9:48 and they were available immediately, no other customer had ordered them and in exact words i asked the guy Rubeen Hossain “bade bhai, order ready hai dedo” (translation:- Big Brother, My order is ready, give me the order please). He and the cashier proceeded to say its for the customer and my order is yet to be prepared, we said ok, fair enough and waited for our number. Another guy asked the Cashier to give his order and she gave him despite his order being 798 and 800, while the screen was showing 792. Why are the rules different for each customer and as per each employees mood, when asked the employees would act as if they didn't hear us despite maintain eye contact. We had to wait 25 mins to be served the same old burger which we could've gotten over 30 mins ago, since we were asked to wait for our burger and that a new one was going to be made, we denied accepting the burger which was supposed to be for another customer, as said by the employee. we proceeded to demand a freshly made burger as we were not gonna accept a 30 min old burger after waiting for 30 min. Finally we got our order at over 35 mins later in total and the employees had the worst attitude ever even asking me to report if i think any difference would be made, hence why such a detailed report. It is to note that the guy that asked us to report is not Zainab nor Rubeen Hossain, but some other employee. I don't wanna take anyone's job or have a negative impact on their life but AlBaik need to include some sort of customer management training or teach employees to be consistent with the order number, so as to not raise such issues. Look into this and hope to get better treatment by the employees specifically at Riyadh...

Tried there chicken thigh meal 5 pieces. its come with five pieces of chicken, chips,bun, tomato sauce and garlic sauce. food is delicious.Staff is overall helpful specially the guy who was in the cashier . only set back was waiting time for a meal is more than 20+ mins. but when i went to get the order it took more than 30 mins. so if you looking for a quick bite this is not the ideal place .
