Zvezdara Theater — Attraction in City of Belgrade

An amazing theatre located next to Batutova street and the Sixth belgrade gymnasium. It's definitely one of the more high budget theaters in Belgrade, and thats apparent. Almost every play I had the opportunity to see in the last couple of years was great. The only thing one should watch out for is purchasing the ticket, since it can be tricky. The tickets sell out very fast, so you probably should pay close attention to their website and publishing of new months repertoire. You can purchase the tickets online as well, which I find great. The ticket price is 1500 for the "closer and better seats" and 1300 for the balcony. There is also a restaurant right next to the entrance of the theater, which is very good. A couple of things that don't concern plays in the theater - please don't come here by car. There is no parking lot and if you come by car you may be lucky with a parking space near the Sixth Gymnasium or in the street behind and around the theater, but do not gamble and lose 20 minutes and fuel looking for a place at 18:30 when everyone is already parked in front of their buildings.

As for the theater, it looks as it should - beautiful, you can see the effort invested in interior design. The only complaint, and that is a big complaint, are the places in the gallery, they are placed at an angle of 90 degrees to the stage and the people at the very end cannot sit normally while watching the show (unfortunately I was sitting there on one occasion), and bars that divide gallery are also placed so that a good part of the stage cannot be seen. The beautiful girl who works there asked us before the show if we wanted to move to better places because "these are not the best ones".

In general, the place is beautiful, the employees are wonderful, apart from those little things, it's a pleasure to watch shows there.

Par stvari koje se ne tiču predstave i pozorišta - ne dolazite kolima ovde. Ne postoji parking i u slučaju ako dolazite automobilom možda vam se i posreći sa parking mestom u blizini Šeste gimnazije ili u ulici iza i oko pozorišta, ali nemojte da se kockate i izgubite 20 minuta i goriva tražeći mesto u 18:30 kad su svi već parkirani ispred svojih zgrada.

Što se tiče pozorišta, izgleda kako bi i trebalo - sređeno, vidi se trud uložen u dizajniranje enterijera. Jedina zamerka i to velika zamerka jesu mesta u galeriji, postavljena su pod uglom od 90 stepeni u odnosu na scenu i gledalac na samom kraju ne može normalno da sedi dok gleda predstavu (nažalost ja sam tamo sedeo jednom prilikom), a takođe postavljene su šipke tako da dobar deo scene ne može da se vidi. Divna devojka koja radi tamo nas je pre predstave pitala ukoliko želimo da se premestimo na bolja mesta jer “ova nisu baš najbolja”.

Uopšteno, prostor je divan, zaposleni su divni, osim tih sitnih stvari uživanje je gledati...

Izvanredan restoran sa veoma profesionalnim i uslužnim osobljem. Hrana vrhunska. Cene za nijansu jače. Vredi svakog dinara. Preporuka. Pritom imaju svakodnevno sjajne akcije sa švedskim stolom za doručak i večeru.
