My recent visit to Bouncy Paradise with my son unfortunately ended in an accident that has left me deeply concerned about the safety measures in place at this establishment. My son broke his leg, due to a fall from one of the structures. While the concept of Bouncy Paradise is undoubtedly appealing for children, it's crucial that safety remains the top priority. The structure from which my son fell seemed inadequately secured or supervised, leading to this unfortunate incident. Furthermore, the response from staff following the accident was less than satisfactory. There appeared to be a lack of urgency in attending to the situation, and the overall handling of the incident left much to be desired. For example, when I asked for an ambulance, the response was "you may want to visit a clinic nearby". As a parent, nothing is more important to me than the safety and well-being of my child, and I strongly urge the management to reevaluate their safety protocols and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

Previously, adults were allowed to supervise kids without a ticket. However, recently I was denied entry and asked to purchase a ticket. They used to mention birthday parties/events as the reason, but now they don't allow anyone without a purchased ticket. Each ticket costs $19, even if we're just watching. It's baffling why we can't stay inside with our kids while adults wait outside. Since it's not due to COVID, why impose these restrictions? There are no parties or events happening. It seems unfair to ask adults to pay $19 each just to watch our kids play. If both grandparents or parents are present, we would need to pay $19 x 4 (not playing). Please look at the pictures. So many emptied tables, so spacious but we are ask to wait outside. Look at how parents peep from the outside

Bouncy paradise indeed! Spacious, well organized with a wide variety of engaging activities for kids (and adults, alike). Definitely warrants a couple of visits although the older kids might be bored after 2 good hours. Perhaps due to high human volume, wear and tear, the inventory might need a ‘refresh’ sooner than later. Manpower is rather low as the activities which requires operations are on rotation schedule. Safe distancing measures are also a tad challenging to implement and I can see their efforts to restrict the entry capacity. Overall a ‘must-visit’ (at least once) for the Singaporean kid so do make an appointment if yours hasn’t visited.

PARENTS, READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO.

General feedback : The place has aged over the years and the condition of the place isn't considered safe for children to play on their own without adult supervision. Each child ticket costs 19dollars, if you want to accompany your kid (you probably should since the place is unsafe) you will need to spend another $19 just to accompany your child.

Pros : Not very crowded at 6-8pm slots and morning slots compared to other kids indoor playgrounds.

The staffs are nice and friendly, not their fault that the place is in this condition.

Cons : There are holes in the bouncing area that are mended by duct tape, that is as good as putting a plaster over a bullet wound.

The aircon isn't cold at all, running and bouncing around will cause you to sweat quite a lot. Prepare to leave after an hour because it's just too hot to stick around in such a warm place.

There isn't any parking nearby, you can't park at that place because the carpark is reserved for staffs only. You can risk parking by the road side but be warn that that you might get fined.

It's pricey considering the fact that each parent will need to spend 19 dollars just to accompany the child.

The toddler area is closed, on the website they did not update this, I brought my toddler there and was really disappointed that he had to play with all the older kids.

There isn't many dinner options nearby, there is a mookata place but you wouldn't bring your kids there to eat after sweating it out here.

No safe place to keep bags and belongings. The only area we can place our wallets and bags are out in the open on the tables. It's really inconvenient to bring your bags along while you bounce around.

Bottom line, don't go to this place just because you read about it from some kids forum. There are much better options, and much cheaper...

Bouncy Paradise is a great place for kids of all ages to let loose and have some fun. The indoor playground is massive, with plenty of different inflatable structures to climb, jump, and slide on. There's also a ball pit, a climbing wall, and a mini-golf course.

The staff at Bouncy Paradise are friendly and attentive, and they're always on hand to help keep the kids safe. The playground is also well-maintained, and the inflatables are clean and in good condition.

I've been to Bouncy Paradise with my kids several times, and they've always had a blast. It's a great place to burn off some energy, and it's also a lot of fun for adults too.

Here are some of the pros of Bouncy Paradise:

Huge indoor playground with plenty of different inflatable structures Friendly and attentive staff Clean and well-maintained inflatables A lot of fun for kids of all ages Here are some of the cons of Bouncy Paradise:

It can get crowded, especially on weekends The entry price is a bit steep There are some age restrictions on some of the structures Overall, I would definitely recommend Bouncy Paradise to anyone looking for a fun and safe place for their kids to play. It's a great place to let loose and have some fun, and it's also a lot of fun for adults too.

Here are some tips for visiting Bouncy Paradise:

Book your tickets in advance, especially if you're planning to go on a weekend. Arrive early to avoid the crowds. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Bring a change of clothes for your kids in case they get dirty. Bring a water bottle and snacks. Be prepared to have...

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE WhatsApp to check on operating time and slot at 420pm-425pm and was assured it was operating and to come down. Website also reflect operating till 8pm

Reached location about 5pm-510pm but was told Center closing at 6pm sharp and ask us to leave or just go in for 40+min for $19/pax (4 of us), did not inform us why and just say closing.

Texted the WhatsApp CS team again and got blamed cause when we enquired at 420pm, they expected us to reach at the time of enquiry hence they assumed is ok for us to come down, after further probing, told us they have been receiving complain on Air-Con issues hence might end operation early at 6pm or earlier and that the official indicated operating time of till 8pm is not right.

We questioned why we were not informed of this during point of enquiry? We questioned why this information was not on their website? We also questioned why on their Google page also no indication? And after going one round to point finger at us who is there just to celebrate our child’s birthday? And we spent $25 just to grab from Yishun to Pandan Garden/Loop????

They stop replying after all these questions. Place is not easy to access neither and at the location seems rundown, front desk was busy OTP with her HP also and with an attitude like either you enter now or leave as we close sharp at 6pm.

STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED AS DESPITE PRE-COMMUNICATING, everything is...
