Went to this newly outlet on 28Jan2023 Saturday was Served by a friendly and full of patience Staff name called Ronnie Chua.

At first, We was just browsing around only never thought of buying anything at all, but He is very attentive and know his products very well. Good knowledge staff that is always tops in service. He never hard sell to us at all. He just keep telling us to try the watches only never buy never mind. Trying the watches wont charge money too. Haha Very friendly and funny guy he is. He really gives us a peace of mind to shop at Jewel Watches of Switzerland outlet.

so After my friend have the 1st purchase of x2 watches is done, me and my wife decided to buy the same design x2 watches too but too bad there’s no stock already. so Ronnie makes his effort that he will ask for restock for me and i leaves my contact number with him. So surprised that just after 4 days only on 31Jan2023 Tuesday he called me and say my watches is ready!! I’m so happy and appreciated with his effort and service. That was very efficient service from him!! So went down on that day to purchase x2 watches for me and my wife. Oh yah and there’s one more SA name call Gillbert he have assisted me a bit and teach me with the knowledge of taking care of the watches too. Thumb up for him too!! Really have a pleasant experience purchase in this outlet!

13 April 2023 : Joyce Chen attended to us on this day. She is She is very friendly, personable & most courteous. Not pushy. Another male colleague of hers, Mr Ronnie, I think, was very friendly too. I ended up buying a Grand Seiko SBGY017G (Limited Edition) & a Breitling Navitimer Automatic 41 (A17326361L1P2), for myself & my wife. Will definitely visit WOS Jewel again when we have the budget again !

8 March 2023 : Tiffany of your Jewel Changi branch, attended to us on the 8 March 2023. She is very friendly, personable & most courteous. She did not try to pressure us to buy the more expensive watch. Instead, she explained the features of each watch that we were looking at, & the pros & cons of each watch. She addressed our queries patiently, helping us come to a quick buying decision. The boutique manager, Mr Pierre Cheng, was also very friendly, personable & most courteous. Ms. Winky Pai assisted us on 17th Feb 2023. Though young, she is very passionate and helps us try on a few pieces and explains their components and styles. Eventually, we decided to go with Longines, but my wife desired color was unavailable. However, Winky made the extra effort by helping us source the watch and deliver to Jewel Boutique on the following day.

For me, watches define one personal style and have become a fashion accessory lately. However, buying one’s wish list from the AD nowadays is nearly impossible. Luckily there are still many different brands and designs out there.
