The food was delicious, I had many people complimenting that the food was great, especially the dessert, curry… even the Thai style prawns, aloo cauliflower was good, and the baked fish which had a nice cream sauce… the aglio olio was yummy! thank you so much for accommodating to my small requests. Another review for Deli Hub Neo Group! Second time ordering from Deli Hub consecutively! Salesperson was Serene Teo. This time it was for my girl’s birthday and the food did not disappoint! Friendly to kids and it was heartening to see the food almost finished at the end of the party! The portion was just nice and everyone also said that the food was great and not too heavy! Just nice for 30 pax even though it was lesser than 30 adult pax… The main person setting up was MR LUMAPAS ORLANDO ANTAWAN, and he was very friendly and approachable. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the Salesperson Veness and Catering Captain Christian for the outstanding job on the Harry Potter themed buffet setup. From the initial planning stage to the execution on the day itself, everything was handled with such professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail.

The setup was absolutely magical and truly brought the theme to life, from the decor elements to the presentation of the food. It was clear that a lot of thought and effort went into making sure every aspect reflected the Harry Potter world, and our guests were genuinely impressed and delighted.

Both Christian, Froil and Ken were also incredibly efficient and accommodating throughout the event, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that guests were well taken care of.

We are extremely disappointed with our recent experience with Deli Hub. We ordered a lunch buffet for 55 pax, but the food delivered was clearly not enough to feed that number of people. Several staff members were left without a proper meal, and no extra food or replenishment was provided. It honestly felt like we were short-changed.

To make matters worse, the delivery driver was unable to understand even basic English and was completely unhelpful when we requested to centralize the table setup. Instead of assisting, he simply shrugged us off and left, leaving us to sort it out ourselves.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a professional catering company. We trusted Deli Hub to deliver as promised, but they failed on multiple fronts. We will not be ordering from them again, and we strongly advise others to be cautious before engaging...
