Fusion Spa Jurong :Unprofessional, Overpriced, and Unacceptable My recent visit to Fusion Spa in Jurong was, without a doubt, the worst massage experience I've ever had. What started as a booked 1-hour Chinese massage quickly turned into a masterclass in miscommunication, aggressive upselling, and deeply unprofessional conduct. The therapist, "Mandy" (who was far from the "overrated" service I expected), somehow converted my 1-hour session into a 30-minute oil massage – even with a translator, I couldn't understand why this change happened. To add insult to injury, that 30-minute session was effectively only 20 minutes of actual massage time. Her focus seemed less on therapy and more on money. She relentlessly pushed for "extra services" and tips, and when I declined, the quality of the massage noticeably plummeted. The situation became truly alarming when she attempted to pull off my underwear and explicitly solicited an "extra service" for an additional $50. I firmly refused this shocking and inappropriate offer, as I was there for a legitimate massage, nothing more. This establishment is overpriced, employs hard-sell tactics, and the level of unprofessionalism is frankly appalling. Save your money and your peace of mind – avoid Fusion Spa Jurong.
