Despite all the hype about this new mall, I'm not impressed after actually visiting it in person. Not because not all shops are operational yet, but more because of the mall layout - escalators going to the lower levels are only available at one corner of the mall at level 1 & with only that 1 set of escalators plying level 1 to the lower levels, traffic tends to build up around the escalator area with people slowing down or stopping there to decide where to go next - this is a potential safety hazard!!, and how footfall is concentrated/crowded in the lower levels (B1 & B2), whilst it is more sparsely distributed in the upper levels (1 & 2).
The walkway that supposedly leads to Pasir Ris Central is blocked up, so basically, you'll have to walk a long way out to get to the MRT/bus interchange.
There's quite a variety of F&B options, but many of them are actually kiosks - some with seating, others only for takeaway, & restaurants that are wide open to the walkways - not much privacy and susceptible to airborne diseases. Prices tend to be on the mid-high end for most food choices, & not many healthy food choices - not someplace I would frequent often.
The main tenant stores Cold Storage & Scarlett Supermarkets are pleasantly quite large and spacious, with a wide variety of items, but somehow their entrances tend to be jammed by people heading into their stores / making payments - layout is just not great.
Quite limited shopping options for fashion/others, but I'm happy there's a Uniqlo store in Pasir Ris that's near the MRT.
As many others mentioned, there is hardly any mobile data signal at several areas of the mall, especially certain corners like the washroom areas. And I've no idea why they use spotlights in the W.C. when it's kind of...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the design of the carpark located at this mall. The current layout and structure present several significant issues that detract from its usability and safety.
Firstly, the lanes are exceptionally narrow, making it difficult for vehicles to maneuver, especially larger cars and SUVs. This leads to congestion and increases the likelihood of accidents as drivers struggle to navigate the tight spaces.
Secondly, the parking spaces themselves are too small, leaving minimal room for opening car doors. This not only inconveniences drivers and passengers but also raises the risk of damage to adjacent vehicles. It is not uncommon to find scratches and dents on cars parked here.
Additionally, the signage within the carpark is inadequate. Important directional signs and markings are either poorly placed or not visible enough, leading to confusion and, at times, drivers moving in the wrong direction. This lack of clear guidance poses a serious safety hazard.
The lighting in the carpark is also insufficient, especially during the evening and nighttime. Dimly lit areas create a sense of insecurity and make it difficult to see pedestrians and other vehicles clearly.
Lastly, the pedestrian pathways are poorly defined, forcing pedestrians to walk in the same lanes as moving vehicles. This design flaw is particularly dangerous and could easily result in accidents.
I strongly urge the management to address these issues promptly. Improving the carpark design will enhance safety, convenience, and the overall experience...
Read moreTL;DR: Don't go now, many shops still unopened. If it's not convenient to come, then maybe you don't ever need to come.
Thought to check out this new mall but started to regret ever since the walk from the MRT station. I was shocked to see that there is still such heavy construction going on on top (think it's for the condo) that I felt uneasy entering the mall below. I could see visible spews of dust and dirt from the construction site above when walking along the makeshift sheltered walkway to the mall. Inside, several shops are still unopened and under renovation, and there were occasional workers passing by with renovation equipment. Why is the mall opened to the public when the tenants are not at least 90% ready for business? Honestly, I don't think the shops here are worth travelling down for as most have outlets in other better locations. I only see 2-3 brands that I don't recognise, and they aren't something I'd patronise. There is a lack of rubbish bins and when I finally found one, I find the design quite ridiculous as both sides of it parallel to the walkway (where ppl can see it from far) was boxed up with a "Pasir Ris Mall" sign, so I initially dismissed it. The openings were actually at the sides which ppl can't see unless they're right next to it. I should've taken a photo. Anw, "Pasir Ris Mall" is really should a...
