UltraGolf — Attraction in Singapore

Worst mini golf place i have visited. I suspect their main source of revenue is charging people $5 per lost ball. The place is full of thick bushes right beside the course so it is very easy to get your ball stuck in there. It happen to me on my very first shot and when I went to the counter for help, the malay girl just said “try to find it, if not too bad, $5” while typing “$5” into the payment machine. I refused and had no choice but to trample throught the bushes for 10mins but lucky for me, i found it eventually. Total mood spoiler. I saw this happen to another group while we were there and they had to end the game because of it. Stupid rule and even more awful staff, do not recommend.

And one more thing, the staff was too lazy to even explain the rule of the game, just say “y’all know the rules right” and before we can even react, ask another staff to send us off...

Overall experience was fine but ending was disappointing. We were not allowed to finish our game since apparently they close at 8:50 pm and NOT 9 pm as it states online.

We were 2 pax on the last putt and probably needed another 5 mins to finish. Staff came at 8:50 pm informing us they are closed. I requested if we can have another 5 mins since it's the last putt. They refused and told us they are closed. I asked them, if their closing time is 8:50 pm, then why does your website says closes at 9 pm? The staffs' response was, I can inform my but we are closed and you need to leave. It was frustrating that they couldn't grant us even 5 mins at 8:50 pm despite their official site claiming it closes at 9 pm!

This was quite disappointing and...

Do not patronise, business is full of red flags.

Hit a ball into the bush during course 3. I had to pay $5 for a new ball.

That I can accept, but why is there no rail guard for the bush to prevent this from happening is the question? Also, there’s barely any help from the staff in locating the ball, especially for 1, who’s probably bullied into it by the senior staff.

As for the course, do yourself a favour and go to Kulnari Mystery Golf instead. There’s more twist and turn, more decor, and it’s indoor with aircon. There’s also a staff who attends to you throughout the session.

Edit: no storage for personal belongings too, safe to say staff will say it’s your own fault if you lost...
