Yolé Sengkang Grand Mall — Attraction in Singapore

Eat their Froyo quite regularly. Few tables but always kept clean. No complains.

Unfortunately, there was a busy night where I witnessed an incredibly selfish group of 4 combining 2 tables and 4 seats to share a SINGLE PETITE cup. I went for a dinner to return only to find out that the group is still there after 2 hours with their EMPTY PETITE cup on the table and still chit-chatting, treating it like a coffee shop table. To make matters worse, it was on a very busy Saturday night where many passer-bys clearly looking for seats just glared at this oblivious table hogging group. That is almost 50% of the entire seating capacity!!

To be clear, staff are not at fault since there is no policy and they are not trained to deal with situations like this. But there really needs to be some measures put up against such inconsiderate behavior which kills...

The staff there (a teenage girl) was pressing on her phone. I don't mind her doing that since footfall is low. However all the tables were SUPER DIRTY. All surfaces had sweet stuff left over from previous customers. I had to wipe clean the table for my kids and I.

The chocolate sauce and toppings she gave were super little and stingy. After we left the shop, I observed that she barely got up to wipe our table even though there were obvious chocolate stains leftover. Apparently, her job scope doesn't involve upkeep of the shopfront.

Oh, did I mention that she also wasn't willing to give serviettes when she handed over the cup? Isn't it a given that we should be given a spoon and 1...

My daughter and I visited Yole at Sengkang Grand on 29 Sep at ard 12.30pm and there was no one at the counter except a sign that says 'will be back in 5 mins". We waited for more than 5 mins at the counter. When the female staff came in, she had a black face and looked disgruntled and no smile. After we took our Yole, the Yole cup slipped from my daughter's hand accidentally. The female stall was uncompassionate and aloof, she didn't even bothered to reply me when I ask her for help. She just continued to top up the yole into the box for the grab driver. This left us with very bad experience and we will never visit this...
