Comming from Canada and having visited many water parks in North America I found this water park very dangerous , lack of oversite on their charging bracelets (can be used with no PIN number on it just scan and go )they even put a limit of 60 € on a 3 year old child's bracelet ! Lifeguards are either chat chatting with one another or on their cell phones . English i found very poor and in case of an emergency their is no plan . My three year old poo pooed in the kids pool and I tried to communicate this with the life guard and he did not even get out of his chair to see what I was trying to explain to him . The people just kept playing in my 3 year olds feces ! Ewww ! The slides are also very dangerous there was no lifeguard or any person assisting you to get on the inflatable raft and the water is gushing at an incredible rate which makes it impossible for you to get your footing by yourself . As we went down the slide at the first turn the raft flipped on us (since the was nobody helping you get on and properly position yourself ) my 7 year old was violently thrown into the wall of the slide and had to seek medical attention from the guy who spoke no English and was also cleaning the foot wash when he had no guests at the first aid room (it certainly did not appear he had first aid training ) . My daughter appeared to be in shock and we decided to leave the park and on our way to the lockers located in the back of the park . We passed one of the first pools that you see when you arrive at the top enterance and my 3 year old wanted to jump in quick before we got dressed and as I was handing my wife the band that opens the locked she slipped in the pool edge injuring her tail bone ! This place is a disaster with all kinds of hidden hazards I do not recommend this place to anybody !
