First time everything was excelent. But today 14.02. I was really disappointed. One from my company did not get the food that he ordered, we waited for 2 hours. I did not finish my food(pizza) and asked to pack it for me to take home the waitress took it and probably threw it out because I did not get my half of pizza back. We were greeted nicely and felt welcomed even with one dog and several children. The service was a bit chaotic but no worries. The staff were excellent. Funny, understanding even though we were a rather complicated group they kept it light and friendly. Huge appreciation and thumbs up for that. The toilets were nice and clean. Pizza is pretty decent, and fried cheese with fries is delicious as well as drinks which are also good. Place is good for residents of Maladinovo because it's in the area. There are some TVs inside which are playing preview of attractions and places worthy visiting, and one of TVs is playing fairy tales for children to watch while waiting for food.
