I would definitely not recommend going alone. There are numerous places to get lost or injured. There are several trails, and you must carefully follow the directions.There are many different types of terrain—rocky, mud, and very steep parts (where you have to hold on to a metal part on the ledge). There are also baboons in some areas, and at the end, we encountered a large troup and were followed for a while. That being said, it is a very rewarding hike with breathtaking views, especially on a clowdy day when the vibes are ideal. We did the silverstream trail which led to a beautiful waterfall.
