The one star that I am giving is JUST for the views of the vineyard.
We had come here for Wine Tasting, where they advised us to go the Vineyards for Wine Tasting. We came back from the walk around 5:30pm, and to our surprise, we found that out luggage wasn't there and the ladies told that it was locked out. The ladies at the counter just told us that we were late and left.
Thankfully, we found Karim at the reception of the hotel, who helped us a lot to get it back. He actually drove back and got back our bags. Had to wait for an hour.
Never ever come to these Vineyards, since they are super super bad at customer service. The ladies were the rudest ever and had actually taken our bags with them, and given us an earful for being late rather than giving us...
