They forgot the schedule!!! Details: This was my honey moon trip, and I planned to experience the Tandem Paragliding flight at the end of the whole trip. Unfortunately, there was a heavy rain so that I need to reschedule to the day after that day, which is also the last chance for me, because I got a flight at noon on that day. The staff agree to reschedule. At the end I see nobody at the meeting point, the staff said there is no guide available at 9am, is it 10am ok for you? What???? If 9am not ok, why you make a promise on 9am? You waste of my time, waste of my money to get there!

It was a horrible experience, and quite a ruin of my honey...

My instructor was amazing, he made me feel safe. The flight was fantastic, although a little short for the price. Unfortunately, it does not state on the website that you can not take your own photos. We had brought carriers for our phones around our neck which we had used on other excursions but we're not allowed to use them, due to safety issues, however holding a selfie stick is just as much risk. However we understood and agreed not to use them. However, if the website had of stated this we would have went for the picture and video package but unfortunately did not have enough money to pay for it on the day. These guys were top notch in service and safety. My wife and I took the leap and it was well worth it. It was a short ride due to weather conditions, but you’d have to take that up with Mother Nature. Book afternoons for longer flight times (not morning as we did) or simply use their service in Hermanus. We noticed paragliders up there FOREVER when later driving through Hermanus 🤦🏻‍♂️ Next time 🙂 In sum, great activity in Cape Town, you won’t regret it.
