I came in without an appointment and was seen immediately. I was very lucky to have the owner cut and style my hair (very thin and difficult to style). Very happy with my hair cut, perm and treatment. The owner is very detailed and kind. Highly recommend this place, top service, will come again if I am next in Busan.

This place took second place in my top list of the worst salons (the first place is occupied by another salon where they burned my hair). They couldn't even cut long hair evenly. How can you cut them evenly if the "stylist" didn't even comb them before cutting? The second time wasn't any better. She didn't even compare the strands on the left and right, just cut the hair from the back for a minute and that's it. As a result, the day after washing my hair, they are in clumps, some are even longer by a centimeter. I'll have to find another place to finally get my hair looking normal. I don't understand where all the good reviews come from; either I was unlucky, or I was cut by a janitor. Terribly unprofessional.
