The food is pretty good here, but that's about it.

They have a draught beer tap where you can pour your own glass of 'Max' beer which is nice. There is one bottle of white and one red wine which is self service, both are acceptable quality. There are no spirits, so no pre flight G&T if that's you thing.

There is a single shower for each sex, but access only after speaking with the front desk. The seating is not particularly comfortable. It's quite a small lounge too.

There is no where to charge your phone or plug in your laptop.

The WiFi is the slowest I have encountered in Korea.

I wished as soon as I entered that I had visited one of the other lounges to compare - but I just say, it's not bad, it's just not good.

As mentioned above the only redeeming feature is the food, which while not first class lounge quality, is at least hot, tasty and well presented for...

n 4 January 2025, I visited the Martina Lounge (West Wing) at Incheon International Airport, Terminal 1, around 9:15pm. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed with the service at the front desk. The receptionists, Ms. Yoon Jeong Yun and another staff member (who refused to disclose her full name), failed to inform me that food service would end at 9:30pm and that the lounge would close at 10pm.

When I raised this issue, Ms. Yoon Jeong Yun responded dismissively, suggesting that it was my responsibility to know the lounge's closing time. This attitude is unacceptable and not aligned with the level of service expected from a Priority Pass lounge. Avoid going to the lounge, especially at closing hours. Service is sub-standard, rude and arrogantly, and even challenge customer despite not providing the information, to begin with.

Very very...

Loud, overpriced, and low quality. The buffet food appeared to be of ok quality. The items I ate- stir fry, pineapple, salad, wine were all of passable quality. The fruit mostly is not fresh appearing to be previously frozen. Staff keeps the dining area clean and is attentive to guests used dishes. The bathrooms were clean enough. The place is crowded as stated in other reviews and I canโ€™t imagine wanting to spend 3 hours in here. The music playing over the packed tables makes it not a place to hang out quietly, although if chatting with friends it would be just fine. The wine is cheap as noted in other reviews, yet not too bad. I would recommend any other food vendor in the terminal for food and then the โ€œNap Loungeโ€ for a comfortable, quiet place to lounge and wait for...

I visited around 8 AM and although there were many people waiting, Was able to enter within 30 minutes. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The space felt a bit small and crowded, especially in the dining area. While the selection of food wasnโ€™t very extensive, I was very satisfied to enjoy Korean dishes before my departure. The bibimbap corner was especially delicious, and the bulgogi was particularly tasty. There were also two types of cup noodles available. Overall, I found the food even better than some airline lounges. It was a great place to enjoy Korean food one last time before leaving, and I was very satisfied with my experience.

We only went there to eat, so I can't speak to the other amenities. This is the only lounge we went to where there was assigned seating. The atmosphere was more like a busy cafeteria. The food was enjoyable, more local fare, and there were made to order food items. The variety of beverages was also nice. It was hard to find electrical outlets to charge devices - especially since there was assigned seating. The Asiana Business Suite Lounge offers a more relaxing environment than the Matina Lounge, if you are looking to catch up on some sleep during a layover.
