Whoever created these snacks at Paris Baguette clearly missed the memo on what real French patisserie should taste like. I tried the hot dog bun, which—let’s be honest—isn’t even a baguette. It’s more like a sweet, chemical-heavy brioche. The sausage inside? Cheap, industrial, and artificial-tasting. Same goes for the cheese and mayo. It was honestly one of the worst “hot dogs” I’ve had. Bread should be simple: flour, water, salt. Sausage? Just pork, natural casing, and spices. This was anything but. Then came the dessert—a sugar-glazed rolled croissant. Not flaky or buttery like a proper croissant, but dense, dry, and sticky like a poorly made pastry dipped in syrup. It was rock-hard and overloaded with sugar to the point of being inedible. If this is what they’re selling in their new Paris store, it’s an insult to French baking traditions. Maybe I just had bad luck with these two items, but if this is typical of their offerings in Korea, it’s a hard pass from me.

The cashier are the worst! If you dont speak English is fine but you dont have to kinda yell to your customer. Neither us understand each other, so? My order or request was so simple, pay to go and plastic for my bread. She acted like, it’s wrong to ask for that. A lot of other customers come and go, good business but poor customer service. But u don’t expect much from Korean. They tend to lack of some basic manners. Do improve this bit for better presentation of your country. I enjoyed South Korea so much, it’s like every year must come.

This outlet is located at the international departure gates of incheon. It was relatively empty. And after an almost 2 hour wait to check-in and clear immigration - we had to rewards the kids and our travel feet! Prices are reasonable - comparable downtown Seoul. Cafe-like prices. Great service! And lovely view of the tarmac!

The cashier is really rude! I was about to pay this morning (06/17/2025, ~7:20 AM) when he spoke to me in straight Korean asking me something. I said "no bag," meaning no paper bag, since the Korean lady in front of me said "no" when she was asked the same question but got her bread individually wrapped in plastic.

After paying, I pointed to the plastic bag wraps and asked him to bag my bread with it. He yelled at me saying "YOU SAID YOU DON'T WANT A BAG!"

I was completely overwhelmed by his rude response. Even the customer after me said he was wrong to have shouted when he never asked me his question in English. His co-workers didn't even bat an eyelash at...
